Store your hat on a flat  surface. 

While you can wear your hat in the sun, do not leave / store it in a sunny / hot space as it can overheat & cause the hat to shrink.

For small stains or marks on your  hat we recommend using a small piece of very fine sandpaper to carefully rub it out.

All of our hats are 100% rabbit felt therefore naturally water resistant but not fully waterproof. Wearing it in the rain is okay but we do not recommend getting the hats soaked.

However, if it happens take your hat inside and let it air dry on a flat surface, avoiding sun or heat.

All our hats are made to order, therefore we are unable to offer exchanges / returns. However your hat can be re-fitted for you, if needed.

We will start with your hat at the time of your order and it will take us between 3-6 weeks to deliver it to you. Please get in touch if you need your order for a certain date.
