We will start with your hat at the time of your order and it will take us between 3-6 weeks to deliver it to you. Please get in touch if you need your order for a certain date.

All our hats are made to order, therefore we are unable to offer exchanges / returns. However your hat can be re-fitted for you, if needed.

Avoid leaving your hat in the sun for too long — heat can distort the shape (felt only).

Always rest your hat upside down on the crown, not on the brim.

It can handle light rain, but avoid heavy downpours.

If it gets wet, let it air-dry indoors, away from heat or sunlight.

If the sweatband becomes damp, flip it out to air-dry naturally.

For dust, use a soft brush; for tiny marks, very fine sandpaper (320–600 grit) works best.

Our felt hats are made from 100% rabbit felt, making them naturally water-resistant, while our straw hats can tolerate a light shower but should not be exposed to heavy rain or prolonged moisture. If your hat gets wet, allow it to air dry naturally on a flat surface, away from direct sunlight or heat.t or heat sources.
